All our clients are covered by our service guarantee. For our full vacate cleans all issues must be advised to the Boring Chores Office within 24 hours of the day the clean was booked. If you do not advise our office within 24 hours with your issues we are under no obligation to return to fix the issues.

| Bathroom | Vanity, Vanity Tiles, Inside Vanity, Shower, Shower Tiles, Shower Floor, Shower Screen, Bath, Bath Tiles, Mirrors, Skirting and Exhaust Fan. |
| Toilet | Inside Toilet, Outside Toilet, S Bend, Walls, Floors, Skirting. |
| Windows | Glass, Frames, Screens, Tracks. |
| Floors | Vacuum and mop all floors. |
| Walls | Wipe Wall marks using a non abrasive products. |
| Skirting Boards | Wet wipe |
